भारत के हैदराबाद में स्थित एक विश्वविद्यालय में “गऊ मांस उत्सव” मनाया गया और वहां की पुलिस ने आयोजकों पर कार्यवाही करने की जगह  इस घृणित कांड का विरोध करने वाले  विद्यार्थियो पर कार्यवाही की। इस खबर को पढ कर किसी भी व्यक्ति की पहली प्रतिक्रिया यही होगी कि यह खबर पाकिस्तान के हैदराबाद की होगी जहां गैरमुस्लिमो की भावना का सम्मान नहीं होता और वहां का मुस्लिम समाज उन पर मनमाने अत्याचार करता है। वहां पर मुस्लिम समाज के द्वारा मंदिरो पर हमले होते है, दिन दहाडे गाय काटी जाती है, हिन्दुओं की लडकिया उठाई जाती हैं और हिन्दु विरोधी भाषणों की भरमार रह्ती है। किंतु अगर कोई हिन्दू अपने ऊपर हो रहे अत्याचारों के विरोध मे आवाज उठाने की हिम्मत करता है तो उसकी आवाज कुचल दी जाती है।या तो उसे कट्टरपंथी जान से मार देते है या” ईश-निन्दा” के आरोप मे उसे कानूनन प्राण दंड दिया जाता है । अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मंचों पर भी इस अत्याचार के विरोध मे कोई आवाज सुनाई नहीं देती।

आज भारत के हैदराबाद में भी यही स्थिती निर्माण करने की कोशिश की जा रही है। मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथी आज वही सब काम करने की कोशिश करते है जो केवल पाकिस्तान मे ही संभव है। दुर्भाग्य से यहां के सेक्युलर राजनीतिक दल मुस्लिम वोटों के लालच में इन कट्टरपंथियों पर लगाम लगाने की जगह इनके हाथ की कठपुतली बनकर हिंदू समाज पर अमानवीय अत्याचार करते है । अगर हिंदू समाज के कुछ लोग इसका विरोध करते  है तो सबसे पहले मुस्लिम कट्टरपंथी  उन पर हमला करते है और उसके बाद प्रशासन उनके गुलाम की तरह हिन्दू  नेताओं पर झूठे केस बनाकर उनकी आवाज को निर्ममता से कुचलने की कोशिश करता है । उस समय देश के मानवाधिकारवादियो को लकवा मार जाता है , तथाकथित बुद्धिजीवियो की जबान सुन्न हो जाती है और  “राष्ट्रीय”  मीडिया के सिपाही कुम्भकर्णी नींद मे सो जाते हैं। वैसे तो निजामशाही के समय से ही वहा पर हिन्दू समाज की स्थिती दूसरे दर्जे के नागरिक की थी। आजादी के बाद सोचा गया था कि अब स्वतन्त्र भारत मे सभी नागरिकों स्थिती समान होगी और एक धर्मनिरपेक्ष राष्ट्र में सभी धर्मावलम्बियो के साथ समान व्यवहार होगा। परन्तु शासको के बदलने के बावजूद हिन्दू समाज की नियति नही बदली। पहले वह मुस्लिम शासको द्वारा इस्लाम के नाम पर कुचला जाता था , अब उसका दमन धर्मनिरपेक्षता के नाम पर किया जाता है।  वहा पहले भी गऊ हत्या खुले आम होती थी, अब भी उस पर रोक लगाने का काम करने वाले कानून की निगाहों में अपराधी माने जाते है। पहले भी वहां हिन्दू मन्दिरो पर हमले किये जाते थे , अब भी वे अपनी ताकत दिखाने के लिये सबसे पहले हिन्दू मंदिरो पर ही हमला करते है और कानून के रखवाले सोते रह जाते हैं। विश्व मे कही भी मुस्लिम समाज का झगडा हो , उसका सबसे पहले नजला हैदराबाद के हिन्दू समाज पर ही उतारा जाता है। मक्का मे शिया-सुन्नी विवाद हो या हजरत बल की चोरी का मामला हो,भुट्टो की फांसी का मामला हो या जनरल अयूब की विमान दुर्घटना मे मौत हो, ओसामा के विरुद्ध अफगानिस्तान मे अमेरिका द्वारा कार्यवाही हो या पाकिस्ता्न मे घुसकर ओसामा को मौत की सजा हो, संसद पर हमला करने वाले अफ्जल गुरू को फांसी की सजा हो या सिमी पर प्रतिबंध लगाया हो, सल्मान रश्दी द्वारा सैटानिक वर्सेज लिखा गया हो या तस्लीमा नसरीन द्वारा लज्जा का लेखन हो, ६ दिस.१९९२ को बाबरी ध्वंस की गौरवशाली घटना हो या गोधरा मे ५९ हिन्दूओ की निर्मम हत्या के बाद गुजरात के समाज का प्रतिकार हो, इस प्रकार की सभी घटनाओं में पहले हैदराबाद के हिन्दू  मन्दिरो पर हमला होता है और उसके उनकी दुकाने जलाई जाती हैं और उनकी बहन बेटियों की अस्मत को लूटने की कोशिश की जाती है। शायद मुस्लिम समाज वहा के हिन्दू को गली का कुत्ता समझने की कोशिश करता है जिस पर गली के बिगडैल बच्चे सबसे पहले अपना गुस्सा निकालते हैं। परन्तु १९४७ के बाद भी इन सब जघन्य अपराधो को करने वाला कोई भी अपराधी पकडा नहीं गया अपितु उनको राजनीतिक संरक्षण ही मिला है।

इसी का परिणाम है कि आज हैदराबाद जेहादी आतंकवादियो का अभयारण्य बन गया है। सम्पूर्ण भारत मे कही भी आतंक की घटना करने वाले यहीं पर शरण पाते हैं। यहां की पुलिस उनके संरक्षक के रूप में काम करती है और अगर किसी अन्य राज्य की पुलिस इन आतंकियो को पकडने के लिये यहा आ भी जाये तो यहां का मुस्लिम समाज उनकी ढाल बनकर सुरक्षा बलो का मुकाबला करता है। गोधरा कांड को अंजाम देने वाले हो या संसद पर हमला करने वाले हो, सूरत मे बम विस्फोट करने वाले हो या पुणे मे आतंक फैलाने वाले हो सभी यहा सम्मान और सुरक्षा के साथ रहते है जब तक कि उन राज्यो या केन्द्र  के सुरक्षा बल वहा नहीं पहुंच जायें। इसीलिये कई बार लोग हैदराबाद को मिनी पाकिस्तान भी कहते हैं।

पिछले दिनो भाग्यलक्ष्मी मंदिर मे पूजा हो रही थी । तभी नमाज का समय भी हो गया। मौलवी के धमकाने पर वहा की पुलिस के कुछ सिपाहियो ने मंदिर की घंटियां पकड ली। इस घटना के विरोध मे वहा का हिन्दू आक्रोशित हो गया और अगले ही दिन हजारो युवक उस मन्दिर के बाहर एकत्रित हो गये और कई घन्टे तक वहा की घंटियां बजाकर अपना आक्रोश व्यक्त किया। उसके बाद वहां रामनवमी की शोभायात्रा निकालने का अवसर आया । वहा के मुस्लिम सांसद और विधायक ने इस प अपना विरोध जताया। उनके विरोध के कारण प्रशासन ने इस पावन शोभायात्रा को अनुमति नही दी। हिन्दू समाज ने इसको चुनौती के रूप मे लिया और लाखो की संख्या मे इस शोभा यात्रा मे हिन्दुओं ने भाग लिया। इसके बाद हनुमान जयन्ति के पावन दिवस पर निकलने वाली शोभा यात्रा के साथ भी जब यही व्यवहार हुआ तो हिन्दू समाज ने इसका भी उसी तरीके से जवाब दिया। ऐसा लगता है कि अब हिन्दू अपने ही देश मे अपने साथ हो रहे इन अपमानो से थक चुका है। वह अब इन देश विरोधी और हिन्दू विरोधी शक्तियो का मुंह तोड जवाब देने का मानस बना चुका है। शायद हिन्दू का यह  जागरण मुस्लिम नेताओं को हजम नहीं हुआ और हनुमान जयंति के अगले ही दिन एक गाय की हत्या कर उसका कटा सिर एक मंदिर मे फेंकने का दुस्साहस किया गया। जब वहा के कुछ युवको ने इस घटना के विरोध मे प्रदर्शन किया तो उन पर हमला कर के ४ लोगो को गम्भीर रूप घायल कर दिया। इस हमले का नेतृत्व करने वाले वही लोग थे जिन्होने हरेन पण्ड्या की हत्या की थी परन्तु प्रशासन उनको अभी तक नहीं पकड पाया है। इसके बाद उस्मानिया विश्वविद्यालय मे ”गऊ मांस उत्सव” मनाने का दुस्साहस किया गया। इसका भी हर प्रकार का विरोध किया गया। परन्तु इस मामले में भी अपराधी आजाद है और विरोध करने वालो को ही गिरफ्तार किया गया है।उस्मानिया विश्वविद्यालय के इन लोगो को कभी हैदराबाद की इज्जत का ध्यान नही आया क्योंकि अब यह शहर अरब के शेखो की वासना की मन्डी बन चुका है। इन पथभ्रष्टों को कभी आतंकवाद या बंग्लादेशी घुसपैठिया विरोधी दिवस मनाने का नहीं सूझा। शायद ये लोग इन राष्ट्र विरोधियो के साथ मिलकर न केवल हिन्दू समाज अपितु भारत के विरोध मे ही काम कर अपने जीवन को धन्य समझते हैं। परन्तु’ अब वहां के हिन्दू समाज ने तय कर लिया कि चाहे प्रशासन इन दुष्टो की सहायता करे परन्तु वे अब अपन अपमान बर्दाश्त नही करेंगे और प्रजातांत्रिक तरीको इन देश विरोधी गतिविधियों का सशक्त प्रतिकार करेंगे तथा पाकिस्तान के हैदराबाद  का रूप लेते जा रहे अपने हैदराबाद को भाग्यनगर का प्राचीन गौरव वापस दिलाकर ही रहेंगे।

The Amarnath pilgrimage undertaken by lakhs of Hindus is no doubt an important pilgrimage of the Hindus, at the same time, it has also become the symbol of nationalism. A miniature India is created every year when Hindus from every nook and corner of the country land at Amarnath for the pilgrimage. Perhaps this is the basic reason why the separatists of Kashmir are trying tooth and nail to see an end to this pilgrimage. They know well that as long as Baba Amarnath is comfortable sitting atop the hill in Amarnath, their long-cherished dream of making the valley Hindu-less will not be fulfilled. First, they attacked the pilgrims, when even this did not deter the pilgrims from undertaking the pilgrimage, they tried to stop the pilgrimage with the help of their well-wishers in the government and the secular parties. These traitors left no stone unturned in servilely carrying out whatever their separatist masters asked of them. In this sinister game, even the governor, who is considered above politics, went to lengths to implement the conspiratorial agenda of the separatists and the secular. In 2008, the present governnor, Mr Vohra only had disrespected the Shiva-devotees and the country by returning the Amarnath land. Then the Shiva-devotees of the country had taken this up as a challenge for the country and the whole nation had stood rock solid behind them. The Pakistan supporters carrying Pakistan flags would shout ‘Down with India’ slogans.’ The soldiers of the Indian army were referred to as ‘Indian dogs’ by these separatists. On the contrary, the Shiva-devotees, carrying Indian flags, shouting slogans of ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jay’ (Long live India) would brave the batons of the police and the patriotism that was inherent in them would not allow them to take even a step back. The so-called ‘national media’ then got a taste of who the real ‘nationalist’ was. In this war of nationalism, eventually, the winner was nothing else but patriotism and a wave of nationalism swept the terra firma of the country and everyone understood that the symbol of unity of the country, Amarnath, as long it will stay intact, no separatist can disintegrate India.

Even after this movement, the separratists did not stay quiet. In 2009, they threatened to not let the pligrimage go on for more than 30 days. Till then, the pilgrimage used to last for 60 days. The pilgrimage would start with the Jyeshtha Purnima (Hindu full moon day of the Jyeshtha month) to the Shravan Purnima and the Hon. High Court had even ordered that the security of the pilgrims be ensured. The Mukherjee committee was formed to ensure the success of this pilgrimage. His recommendations were also the same. Despite this, the present governor decreased the duration of the pilgrimage from 60 days to 55 days in 2010. On the orders of the Court, the Shree Amarnath Shrine Board was formed to oversee the working of the pilgrimage and the governor is the ex-officio  president of the Board. The constitution of the Board, the rulings of the High court and the Mukerjee Committee report clearly outline the rights and the obligations of the Board. The reponsibility of the Board is to make adequate facilities so that all pilgrims can undertake the pilgrimage in a secure manner. The Board has no right to interefere in the internal matters of the pilgrimage. It is not the Board’s job to take a call on the pilgrimage’s date, mahurt or the duration of the pilgrimage. This is in strict contravention of the Article 25 and 26 of the Constitution. The Hindu saints and the tradition are important enough to take a call on this. Despite this, the Board has been trying to interfer with the workings of the constitution. In 2010, thre Hindu society opposed this. The the governor had assurred that this mistake would not be repeated in 2011. But,in 2011, this was further reduced to 45 days. At that time, a sub-committee was formed and the Hindu society was beguiled into believeing that action was being taken. The sub-committee was told that if the duration was increased, then separatists would take umbrage and there could be a repeat of 2008. Even, the logic of environment was put forward. When this found no takers, it was said this time the Jyeshtha Purnima has arrived early and hence the snow could not be cleared on time. Even this mindless logic was put forward only to keep the separatists in good humour. When the Srinagar-Jammu Highway can be cleared of snow in 7 days and the 15-16 feet wall of snow on the Rohtang pass can be cleared in 6 days, then why can’t the 13 km of Amarnath be cleared? The state administration had said that if the Board asks them to, then it can clear the road. Despite this, if the Board put its foot down on the decision, then this means that the Board is conspiring to gradually put an end to this pilgrimage. In 2012, this has been reduced to only 39 days. This decsion of the Board is not only completely anti-national, anti-constitutional and anti-pilgrimage, but also a contempt of the court.
The Siva-devotees have taken this up as a challenge. When Dr Pravin Togadia, the working President of the VHP reached Amarnath, the separatists greeted him by burning his effigies. Immediately, thereafter, a false case was lodged against Dr Togadia, as if the governor was just lying in wait for the same. Now, we know that this conspiracy was launched only to appease the separatists at the behest of the central government. Now, curfew in being imposed everywhere to gag the shiva-devotees. Even the leaders who are going there to show sympathy with them are being arrested. It seems that 2008 is being repeated. The separatist forces are rallied against Baba Aamarnath, the so-called secular parties of the country are conspiring against the Baba, however, the nationalist forces of the country are rallying together to respond to this challenge. The Shiva-devotees have decided that the pilgrimage as was the practice in the past will be for 2 months. The mahurt of the pilgrimage will be 4th of June only and the pilgrims in their lakhs will reach the place. This year too, the nationalist citizens of the country will have to take up the challenge. Only then, will we come to know, who willl rule the roost in the country, the nationalists or the separatists. The citizens of the country should accept the challenge and participate in the pilgrimage in ever larger numbers.

By reducing the duration of the Amarnath pilgrimage (yatra) from 60 to 39 days, Amarnath Shrine Board, the central government and the state government of Jammu & Kashmir is only fulfilling the half-filled agenda of the separatists. The agenda of the separatists is to make the Kashmir valley Hindu-less. Amarnath yatra was the only thorn in the flesh of the Kashmiri separatists, because of which the kashmir valley could still boast of Hindu presence. Earlier, the separatists used to attack the pilgrims but when this did not deter the pilgrims, they pressurised the government to reduce the duration of the yatra so that gradually, the yatra could come to an end. The central government and the state government is implementing this whole-heartedly. That the board is hand-in-glove with the separatits became apparent when the Hindus were attacked on the day of Holi in Rajouri after they took out a religious procession protesting the decsion of the Board. They did not stop just there, the shops and homes of the Hindus were further attacked to terrify them. They also committed the heinous crime cow-slaughter. But the administration, in place of arresting the culprits, lodged false cases to implicate the Hindus. Even in Kathua, the separatists chanted anti-India slogans. Now, they have threatened to reduce the duration of the yatra to 15 days. Now, will the Board give in to their demands and further reduce the duration of the yatra next year?
The duration of the Baba Shri Amarnath yatra till 2009 was of 60 days only. Then, the Hurriyat has threatened to decrease it to 30 days. After this threat only, the duration was reduced to 55 days. When the Hindu organisations protested this, they were reassured that this would be restored to a 60-day event again in 2011. But, it was further reduced to a 45-day event. When the Hindu sects opposed this tooth and nail , a sub-committee headed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar was formed, but later it was told that if the duration was increased, then the Hurriyat would again resort to terror tactics as in 2008.Illogical reasoning was put forward, the langars were cajoled away and the yatra was reduced to 39 days. For the 1st time in the history of the yatra, the langars were made to give in writing that the langar would be held only for 30 days. Will they now demand a further reduction to 15 days? Will the one who serves now decide how much and how long he will serve?
The VHP alleges that the reduction in the duration of the yatra is completely anti-Hindu, anti-national and anti-constitution. Article 25 and 26 of the constitution forbids the state from interfering in any way with the internal affairrs of any religion. When the mahurt and duration of the yatra is laid down, the traditions and beliefs of the people are very important in laying them down. According to these, this yatra should start with the jyeshtha purnima and end with the shravan purnima. In the same vein, only 10 000 people can be allowed to undertake the yatra in one slot every day. Now, according to this fiat of the Board, only 390000 yatris will be able to undertake the yatra this year. The projections are that this year there will be some 8 lakh people for the yatra which means that more than 4 lakh people will have to return empty-handed. Who will be responsible for this sin? Eevery pilgrim has a constitutional right to undertake the yatra and it is the responsiblity of the Board to make the yatra possible for the pilgrim. However, the Board is not carrrying out its constitutiona duty, what is worse, it is crossing its boundaries. The Board iseven overlooking the order of the High Court of the state which had directed that the yatra should be for a period of 60 days.
The VHP strongly condemns this anti-Hindu and anti-constitutional decree of the Board and declares a nation-wide agitation against the order of the Board. This agitation will start on the day of jyeshtha purnima itself and lakhs of Hindus will reach Jammu to for a darshan of Amarnath shrine. This will be done to uphold the belief in the Indian constitution, the Hindu ethos and the faith in the Indian judiciary. June 4th is jyeshtha purnima and the pilgrims will reach Jammu on the 2nd itself. The VHP issues a warning to the Board that it protects the beliefs and ethos of the Hindus, for it has been created for this very purpose. They should still do a rethink on their order so that any kind of untoward situation can be averted.

२०१२ में बाबा अमरनाथ यात्रा की अवधि ६० दिन की जगह ३९ दिन करके बोर्ड, केन्द्र सरकार और जम्मू कश्मीर की राज्य सरकार  अलगाववादियों के अधूरे एजेंडे को पूरा करने का घिनौना षडयंत्र  कर रहे है। अलगाववादियों का एजेंडा कश्मीर घाटी को हिंदू शून्य बनाने का है। अमरनाथ यात्रा के कारण कश्मीर घाटी पूर्णतः हिन्दू शून्य नहीं हो पा रही थी। इसको बंद करने के लिये पहले आतंकवादी यात्रियों पर हमला करते थे। जब हिंदू यात्री मौत के डर से भी नहीं रुके तो अब वे सरकार पर दबाव डाल कर इस यात्रा को सीमित करते-करते इसे बंद करना चाहते हैं। केन्द्र सरकार तथा जम्मू कश्मीर सरकार आतंकियों के इस आदेश को पूरी तत्परता के साथ पालन कर रही हैं।  अलगाववादियों के साथ बोर्ड की मिली भगत उस समय स्पष्ट हो गई थी जब हिंदू नेताओं के द्वारा इस हिंदूविरोधी निर्णय का विरोध किया गया तो राजौरी में होली वाले दिन हिंदुओं की एक धर्मयात्रा पर हमला किया गया । वे यहीं नहीं रुके, हिंदुओं की दुकानों और घरों पर हमला कर उन्हें आतंकित करने  का प्रयास किया गया। उन लोगों नें गऊ हत्या का जघन्य पाप भी किया। परन्तु प्रशासन ने अपराधियों को पकडने की जगह हिंदुओं पर ही झूठे केस बनाये। कठुआ में भी अलगाववादियों ने भारत विरोधी नारे लगाये। अब उन्होंनें यात्रा को और भी घटाकर १५ दिन करने की धमकी दी है। क्या बोर्ड अब उनकी इस मांग पर विचार कर अगले साल अवधि को और भी  घटायेगा?

श्री बाबा अमरनाथ यात्रा की अवधी २००९ तक ६० दिन की ही थी। उस समय हूरियत के लोगों नें इसको घटाकर ३० दिन करने की धमकी दी थी। इस धमकी के बाद ही २०१० में इसको घटाकर ५५ दिन किया गया था। हिंदू समाज के विरोध करने पर यह आश्वासन दिया गया था कि २०११ में इसको पुनः ६० दिन की किया जायेगा। परन्तु इसको और घटा कर ४५ दिन की किया गया। हिन्दू समाज के प्रबल विरोध के बाद श्री श्री रविशंकर जी की अध्यक्षता में एक उप समिति बनाई गई परन्तु उनको कह दिया गया कि अगर अवधि बढाई गई तो हुरियत नाराज हो जायेगी और २००८ दोहराया जायेगा। इसी आधार पर तर्क गढे गये , लंगर वालों को फुसलाया गया और इस बार यह अवधि और भी कम करके केवल ३९ दिन की कर दिया गया। यात्रा के इतिहास में पहली बार कुछ  लंगर वालों से यह लिखवाया गया कि अवधि ३० दिन की होनी चाहिये। अवधि कम होने बधाई देने वाले कुछ कथित सेवक क्या अब  १५ दिन की मांग करने लगेंगे? क्या सेवक अब यह तय करेगा कि वह कब और कितनी सेवा करेगा?

विश्व हिन्दू परिषद का यह आरोप है कि अमरनाथ यात्रा की अवधि कम करने का आदेश पूर्ण रूप से हिंदू विरोधी, देश विरोधी और संविधान विरोधी है। भारतीय संविधान की धारा २५,२६ किसी भी धर्म के आंतरिक मामलों में हस्तक्षेप करने से स्पष्ट रूप से मना करती है। यात्रा की अवधि और मुहुर्रत तय करते समय परम्पराओं और आस्थाओं का बहुत महत्व है। उनके अनुसार यह यात्रा ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा से प्रारम्भ होकर श्रावन पूर्णिमा तक चलनी चाहिये। इसी प्रकार इस विकट यात्रा में प्रतिदिन अधिकतम १०००० यात्री ही दर्शन कर सकते हैं। इस आदेश के अनुसार अब केवल ३९०००० यात्री ही दर्शन कर सकेंगे। इस वर्ष ८ लाख यात्री दर्शन करने के लिये  आयेगा। शेष ४लाख से अधिक यात्री दर्शन के लाभ से वंचित रहेगा। इसका पाप किसके सर पर रहेगा?  हर यात्री को दर्शन करने का संवैधानिक अधिकार है और उसको दर्शन कराने का संवैधानिक दायित्व बोर्ड का है। बोर्ड अपने संवैधानिक दायित्व का पालन नहीं कर रहा है और अपने अधिकार क्षेत्र का उल्लंघन कर रहा है। बोर्ड श्रीनगर उच्च न्यायालय के २००४ में आये आदेश का भी उल्लंघन कर रहा है जिसमें यात्रा को ६० दिन की करने का आदेश दिया गया है।

विश्व हिन्दू परिषद , बोर्ड के इस अन्यायपूर्ण ,हिंदू विरोधी व संविधानविरोधी आदेश को जारी करने के लिये उनकी घोर निंदा करता है और इस आदेश के विरुद्ध देशव्यापी आंदोलन की घोषणा करता है।  यह आंदोलन देशव्यापी होगा और देश भर से लाखों यात्री ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा को ही अमरनाथ के दर्शन करने के लिये जम्मू जाकर  भारतीय संविधान, हिन्दू आस्थाओं और न्यायपालिका की मर्यादा का समान करेंगे। ४ जून को ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा है। इसके लिये यात्री  २ जून को ही जम्मू पहूंचेंगे। विहिप बोर्ड को चेतावनी देता है कि वे हिंदू आस्थाओं का सम्मान करे जिनकी रक्षा के लिये बोर्ड का निर्माण किया गया है। वे अभी भी अपने निर्णय पर पुनर्विचार करें और किसी भी अप्रिय स्थिति को निर्माण न होने दे।

कश्मीर में स्थित अमरनाथ तीर्थ हिंदू समाज का एक महत्वपूर्ण तीर्थ तो है ही , अब यह राष्ट्रीयता का भी प्रतीक बन गयी है। वहां पर सम्पूर्ण देश का हिन्दू समाज उपस्थित होकर लघु भारत का दृश्य निर्माण कर देता है। शायद  इसी कारण वहां के अलगाववादी इस तीर्थ को समाप्त करना चाहते हैं । उन्हें मालूम है कि जब तक बाबा अमरनाथ वहां उपस्थित हैं , इस क्षेत्र को हिंदू शून्य बनाने का उनका स्वप्न पूरा नहीं हो सकता । पहले उन्होंने यात्रियों पर हमले किये । जब मौत का खौफ भी शिवभक्तों को नहीं रोक पाया तो उन्होंने  सरकार व धर्मनिरपेक्ष दलों में अपने शुभचिंतकों के द्वारा इस पावन यात्रा को रोकने के प्रयास शुरू कर दिये। इन सब लोगों नें दासत्व भाव से उनके अधूरे एजेंडे को पूरा करने में अपना पूरा सामर्थ्य लगा दिया। इस प्रयास में  राज्यपाल जैसे संवैधानिक पद पर बैठा व्यक्ति भी अपने पद की मर्यादा को भूलकर  उनके षडयंत्रों को लागू करने में उनकी सहायता करता है। वर्तमान राज्यपाल श्री वोहरा नें ही २००८ में अमरनाथ की जमीन सरकार को वापस देकर शिवभक्तों  व देश के संविधान का अनादर किया था। उस समय सम्पूर्ण देश के शिवभक्तों नें इसको अपने लिये चुनौती माना था और सारा देश जम्मू के समाज के साथ खडा हो गया था। अमरनाथ के विरोधी हाथ में पाकिस्तान का झंडा लेकर “भारत मुर्दाबाद” के नारे लगा रहे थे। भारतीय सेना के जवानों को देखते ही वे उन्हें हिंदुस्तानी कुत्ते कहकर संबोधित करते थे। इसके विपरीत बाबा के समर्थक भारत का राष्ट्रीय ध्वज तिरंगा हाथ में  लेकर भारत माता की जय के नारे लगाकर पुलिस की लाठी -गोली खाते थे परन्तु देश के प्रति उनका समर्पण उनको पीछे नहीं हटने देता था।  देश के कथित राष्ट्रीय मीडिया  में कौन कितना” राष्ट्रीय”  है, इसका परिक्षण भी उस समय हो गया था।  राष्ट्रीयता  की इस लडाई में अन्ततोगत्वा राष्ट्रभक्ति की विजय हुई और पूरे देश में एक आत्मविश्वास की लहर दौड गई कि जब तक अमरता के प्रतीक बाबा अमरनाथ हैं, यह देश अमर रहेगा चाहे अलगाववा्दी और उनके समर्थक कितना  ही जोर लगा लें ।

इस आंदोलन में विफलता के बाद भी अलगाववादी चुप नहीं बैठे। २००९ में उन्होंनें धमकी दी कि वे अमरनाथ यात्रा को ३० दिन से अधिक नहीं चलने देंगे। उस समय तक यात्रा ६० दिन की होती थी। ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा से शुरू करके श्रावण पूर्णिमा तक चलाने की परम्परा भी थी और सभी यात्रियों को सुविधा और सुरक्षा के साथ दर्शन कराने के लिये इसको आवश्यक समझकर मा. उच्च न्यायालय नें यह आदेश भी दिया था। इस यात्रा को सफल बनाने के मुखर्जी कमेटी की स्थापना की गई थी । उनकी अनुशंसा भी इसी प्रकार की  रही है। इसके बावजूद २०१० में इसी राज्यपाल नें यात्रा की अवधि अपने आप घटाकर ५५ दिन कर दिया था। यात्रा के संचालन के लिये न्यायालय के आदेश से श्रीअमरनाथ श्राईन बोर्ड की स्थापना हुई थी और राज्यपाल इसके पदेन अध्यक्ष हैं। इस बोर्ड का संविधान, मा. उच्च न्यायालय का निर्णय और मुखर्जी कमेटी की रिपोर्ट बोर्ड के अधिकार और कर्तव्यों को स्पष्ट रूप से परिभाषित करता है। बोर्ड का दायित्व यात्रा के लिये  उचित व्यवस्था जुटाना है जिससे सभी यात्री सुरक्षा और सुविधा से दर्शन कर सकें।  यात्रा के आन्तरिक मामलों में दखल देने का बोर्ड का अधिकार नहीं है। यात्रा की तिथी , मुहुर्रत या अवधि तय करना उनका काम नहीं है।यह संविधान की धारा २५ और २६ का स्पष्ट उल्लंघन भी है।इसके लिये हिंदू संत और परम्परा ही महत्वपूर्ण है। इसके बावजूद बोर्ड इस मामले दखल देने की कोशिश करता रहा है। २०१० में समाज नें इस निर्णय का विरोध किया। तब राज्यपाल नें कहा कि यह गलती २०११ में नहीं दोहराई जायेगी। परन्तु २०११ में इसको और घटाकर ४५ दिन की कर दी।  उस समय हिंदू समाज के विरोध करने पर  एक उपसमिति के निर्माण का ढोंग रचकर हिंदू समाज को धोखा दिया गया। इस उपसमिति के अध्यक्ष को स्पष्ट रूप से कहा गया कि यदि अवधि बढाई गई तो अलगाववादी नाराज हो जायेंगे और २००८ दोहराया जायेगा।  इसी दिशा  में तर्क गढे गये । कभी कहा गया कि पर्यावरण की समस्या आयेगी । जब यह तर्क भोथरा होगया तो कहा गया कि इस बार ज्येष्ठ  पूर्णिमा जल्दी आ गई है और बर्फ साफ नहीं हो पायेगी। यह कुतर्क भी अलगाववादियों के अधूरे एजेंडे को पूरा करने के लिये ही दिया गया। जब श्रीनगर-जम्मू हाईवे की बर्फ ७ दिन में साफ हो सकती है,  रोहतांग मार्ग पर जमी १५-१६ फीट की बर्फ की दीवार ६ दिन में साफ हो सकती है ,तो अमरनाथ के १३ कि.मी. मार्ग की बर्फ क्यों नहीं साफ हो सकती?  राज्य का प्रशासन कह चुका था कि अगर बोर्ड कहे तो हम मार्ग साफ करा सकते हैं। इसके बावजूद अगर बोर्ड यात्रा को कम करने पर अडा, तो इसका मतलब स्पष्ट है कि उनका इरादा यात्रा कराने का नहीं, धीरे- धीरे उसको छोटा करते हुए  उसे समाप्त करने का है। २०१२ में अब उन्होंनें इसे मात्र ३९ दिन का कर दिया है। बोर्ड का यह आदेश पूर्ण रूप से देश विरोधी, संविधान विरोधी, यात्रा विरोधी तो है ही, यह आदेश न्यायपालिका की अवमानना भी है।

इस निर्णय को देश के शिवभक्तों ने अपने लिये चुनौती माना। इस निर्णय का विरोध  करने जब विश्व हिंदू परिषद के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष  डा. प्रवीण तोगडिया वहां पहुंचे तो अलगावादियों नें उनके पुतले जलाये । इसके तुरंत बाद प्रवीण भाई पर झूठा केस दर्ज कर दिया गया जैसे मानों राज्यपाल इसी के इंतजार में बैठे थे। अब स्पष्ट हो गया है कि यह सारा  षडयंत्र अलगाववादियों को खुश करने के लिये ही केंद्र सरकार के इशारे पर रचा गया है। अब विरोधियों का मुंह बंद करने के लिये जगह -जगह कर्फ्यू लगाकर शिवभक्तों पर अत्याचार किये जा रहे हैं। उनके दुख में शामिल होने के लिये जा रहे नेताओं को भी गिरफ्तार किया जा रहा है। ऐसा लग रहा है कि २००८ दोहराया जा रहा है।  अलगाववादी शक्तियां  बाबा अमरनाथ  के खिलाफ खडी हैं ,  तथाकथित धर्मनिरपेक्ष दल इनके साथ मिलकर षडयंत्र कर रहे हैं और समस्त देश की राष्ट्रीय शक्तियां बाबा के साथ खडी होकर इस चुनौती का जवाब देने के लिये तैय्यार हो रही हैं। शिवभक्तों नें तय कर लिया है कि यात्रा २ महीने की ही निकलेगी। यात्रा का मुहुर्रत ज्येष्ठ पूर्णिमा (४ जून ) का ही रहेगा और लाखों यात्री उस दिन यात्रा में शामिल होने के लिये पहुंचेंगे। इस बार भी यह चुनौती देश की राष्ट्रभक्त जनता को है। इसके बाद ही यह सिद्ध होगा कि अब देश में अलगाववादियों की चलेगी या देशभक्तों की।   देश की जनता को यह चुनौती स्वीकार करनी चाहिये और बढचढकर इस  आन्दोलन में भाग लेना चाहिये।
