Rama Setu – the Bridge of Ram – is an amazing structure in the Indian Ocean, a continuous fourty-eight km long stretch of underwater causeway, which connects Rameshwaram, the southern-eastern tip of the Indian peninsula, to Talaimannar, the northern-western tip of Sri Lanka.
Maharshi Valmiki has described in great detail, the life of that Great Hero Sri Rama. He has not only provided relevant geographical descriptions, but also specified accurate astronomical configurations at different places, at different events during Sri Rama’s life.
