Entrepreneurs Development Workshop for working women in Bangalore

Bangalore 2 June 2015: A Workshop for working women in Bangalore was inaugurated on 1st June 2015 to guide the aspiring women entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurs Development WorkshopThe  10 days workshop is being arranged in Dharmashree Bangalore – State Head Quarters of VHP Karnataka South to guide the aspiring women entrepreneurs. Hindu Women Forum jointly with AWEK ( Association for WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS KARNATAKA) has planned this program with 28 enthusiastic participants. 40 sessions are planned while 36 resource persons – mostly leading women from various fields of education and industry are guiding the trainees in the coming days.
Sujatha who is instrumental in training 12670 women for 26 years to ride two-wheelers and getting a driving license to them, was the first role model in the workshop to narrate her experience. Asha a leading industrialist of Bangalore dealt with business communication and time management. Entrepreneurs Development WorkshopShubha an advocate by profession had an introductory session, group activity, and marketing. A successful manufacturer of toys and bags Padma Vittal exchanged her views with the participants. SWAT analysis by Yagnarayana Vice President of Laghudyog Bharati, the introduction of Banking by B A Ramesh Deputy General Manager SBI, project ideas, and steps in starting a new venture by Jagadeeshwari of AWEK were the new concepts to which the participants were introduced.
Demos pertaining to embroidery, waste management, marketing and selling techniques motivation sessions are some of the other sessions in the workshop. A new breed of successful women in the fields of Industry may come out of this workshop.
